In 2002, Ad Capita published its report on its study into
Portuguese management culture, carried out jointly with Cranfield
School of Management's world leading expert on International
HR, Professor Chris Brewster. "Can
Portuguese Management Compete?" received extensive
press coverage and has now become a standard university text
in management degrees and MBAs in Portugal.

Can Irish management compete?
In 2003, Ad Capita published, through our partners in Ireland,
Torc Consulting, the second in this series of reports: "Can
Irish management compete?". Again the report was
carried out with Porfessor Brewster and received extensive
media coverage in Ireland.
Can
Central and Eastern European management compete?
In 2009, we published our largest report in the series, in
conjunction with our CEE partners, TARGET international Executive
Search. "Can Central and Eastern
European Management Compete?" examined managment
culture in six countries: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary,
Poland, Romania and Slovakia. Again supported by Prof.Chris
Brewster, now at Henley Business School, the report received
extensive press coverage throughout the CEE region.
